Case:
TRY transfer from a corporate bank account to a Paribu account.
Process:
The user has contacted our Support team and explained that he carried out a transaction to deposit TRY into his personal Paribu account; however, the transferred funds did not reach his account. Our Support team reviewed the bank receipt of the user.
Result:
The funds transferred through the corporate bank account had been returned to the customer’s bank account within 5 business days.
Please Note:
Please pay attention to the following when you deposit TRY to your Paribu account:
- TRY deposits to Paribu account are only allowed if they are sent from individual TRY drawing accounts, opened in the name of the user;
- Recipient name/title are required to be either ‘’Paribu Teknoloji A.Ş.’’ or “Paribu Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi”;
- ATM transfers (whether by a card or without a card) are not allowed.
