Turkish Central Bank has put the Instant and Continuous Transfer of Funds (FAST) into service.
EFT transactions via the banks that are involved in the FAST System can be executed 24/7 on Paribu. In a statement about the Fast System, it was expressed: “In order to closely monitor the common use, it was launched with an initial limit of TRY 50. This limit will be increased step by step up to TRY 1000 based on its penetration.”
The statement continued as follows:
“The system will greatly contribute to carrying the digital economy to the next level by increasing the transaction limits and by enabling new features with added value in the short term such as QR-code payments and payment requests.”
